The Mozn brand is alive within a plethora of stakeholder touchpoints and therefore the most suitable candidate for the Senior Organization Development Analyst position would be supporting and driving organizational effectiveness and development initiatives within Mozn. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, HR, and leadership to assess organizational needs, develop strategies, and implement programs that enhance employee experience and overall organizational success.


As Senior Organization Development Analyst, your daily workload might include:


  • Support design, implement and raise awareness of Organization Development Strategies and Processes including HR tailored frameworks, programs, policies, and strategies.
  • Provide consultation to management on matters related to people management, organizational structure, workforce plan, and rewards.
  • Develop and revise job descriptions for all positions within the company, conducting analysis to determine appropriate salary levels based on compensation guidelines.
  • Assist in launching the annual compensation assessment and merit award process.
  • Maintain company structures, procedures, processes, and resource utilization to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the team members to develop and review workforce plans
  • Assist in designing, implementing, and reviewing commission schemes.
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations by establishing effective plans to address employee matters.
  • Produce HR reports on a weekly basis using advanced analytical tools (xls, tableau…)
