Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in HCM consulting, with a strong focus on Oracle EBS HCM system implementation and optimization.
In-depth knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite HCM modules and HR processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions within Oracle EBS HCM.
