Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of Oracle EBS Financial modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
Analyze and document business requirements and processes, translating them into functional specifications and technical designs.
Provide expertise in financial processes, including month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial systems with other modules and third-party applications.
Conduct user training sessions and create comprehensive documentation to support system users.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Oracle EBS Financial applications, ensuring system stability and performance.
Stay current with Oracle EBS updates, features, and best practices to recommend improvements and enhancements to clients.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior consultants and team members.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle EBS Financials consulting, with a focus on implementation and support.
Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices, along with a deep understanding of Oracle EBS Financial modules.
Proven ability to lead complex projects and deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
