Job Description

Job Purpose: To prepare and submit import and export related documents with customers for smooth movement of goods.


Job Responsibilities:


  1. Online entry in customers portal for Bill of Entry and Bill of Exit                    
  2. Scrutinize keenly the Invoice vs Packing/airway bill for Country of Origin, quantity, HS code             
  3. Coordinate with warehouse and transport team, issue gate-passes
  4. Manage inbound and outbound operations for export and import                                                   
  5. Track the status of shipment with the shipment team
  6. Share the status of shipment with customer SPOC
  7. Coordinating with pricing team to know the details of time and mode of transportation of goods   
  8. Arrange local pick-up and delivery to air, sea, land transporter and coordinate with designated transporter for placement of their trucks at ADC

Qualifications
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure, meet deadlines and able to work independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English + local language
  • Internal and External focus on customers and work ethic based on a strong desire to fulfill expectations.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and deliver results with high quality.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Highly educated in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or similar area
  • 2-3 years or professional working history within Business Operations or role-related functions (e.g., finance, business controlling etc.
  • Arabic language skills desirable.
