Preparing the regular drafting of all types of contracts, regulations, and international commercial, and investment contracts
Reviewing and auditing contracts, negotiating and discussing to ensure the completion and integrity of the company’s legal position, and making recommendations in this regard.
Providing legal advice to all divisions, departments, and branches and responding to their inquiries about the legal aspects of the contract clauses and their appendices provided or requested by the company.
Studying the transactions referred by the divisions regarding contracts and letters and expressing the opinion to the authorized person.
Preparing and presenting the applied interpretation of the rules, regulations, and instructions related to the nature of contracts upon request.
Participate in preparing draft regulations and organizational decisions related to the company in coordination with the relevant departments.
Participating in meetings and negotiations of contracts and agreements between the company and any other parties, participating in tenders, benefits, and supply committees, and ensuring their regularity.
Keeping contracts and documents files, documenting them, classifying them, and supervising their archiving.
Providing legal sources, official circulars, and the decisions and correspondence required for work for all departments, sections, and units of the company.
Communicating and coordinating between the legal department and the company and follow-up implementation of decisions and recommendations and renewal of contracts.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Qualification: Bachelor of Law
Experience: 5 years
Previous experience in drafting and reviewing contracts.
Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English.
Proficiency in computer skills and experience in using Microsoft software tools and related programs.
