  • Employing industry-standard software and tools to construct detailed cost breakdowns and proposals, presenting findings to stakeholders in a lucid and comprehensible manner, and suggesting potential avenues for cost reduction or value enhancement.
  • Taking part in evaluations of project bids, client interactions, and post-project appraisals, utilizing your proficiency to furnish advice on issues related to costs, assess discrepancies from anticipated expenses, and contribute to the organization's undertakings to improve comprehensive practices of cost estimation and project profitability.
  • Rigorously assessing project specifications and other related documents to calculate costs with high precision for various MEP construction and engineering undertakings.
  • Persistently refreshing and monitoring cost databases to mirror the latest shifts in market trends, price fluctuations, and regulatory amendments, upholding the accuracy and reliability of cost evaluations throughout the entirety of projects.

المهارات

  • In Depth familiarity with the MEP Contracting industry in Saudi Arabia
  • Holder of a minimum of Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Excellent Relations with potential Suppliers
  • Detail-oriented approach to conduct thorough cost risk assessments, identifying potential variances and developing contingency plans to mitigate financial risks, while adhering to quality standards and project deadlines.
  • In-depth familiarity with industry-tailored cost influencers, materials, labor pricing, and market tendencies, enabling the creation of meticulous cost frameworks that underpin well-informed choices throughout project conception and implementation.
  • Profound understanding of sector-specific cost determinants, materials, labor costs, and market shifts, facilitating the formulation of accurate cost blueprints that drive knowledgeable decision-making through project preparation and enactment.
  • Adept in leveraging advanced cost estimation methods and software platforms to precisely determine project costs and deliver thorough cost itemizations for engineering assignments.
  • Excellent communication prowess for seamless interaction with diverse teams, project overseers, and clients, ensuring concurrence on cost estimates and preserving transparency throughout the project's life cycle.
  • Diligent manner in conducting thorough cost risk analyses, recognizing possible variations, and creating contingency strategies to mitigate financial hazards, all the while ensuring compliance with quality standards and project timeframes.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience with at least 3 years in similar capacity
