Responsibilities:
• Generate reports that analyze competition, sales, products, and customers.
• Deliver compelling insights and recommendations from underlying data to clearly
communicate value and opportunity to key stakeholders.
• Understand & develop consumers’ insights.
• Understand & develop products’ insights.
• Understand business objectives and design surveys to discover prospective customers’
preferences.
• Monitor the budget distribution and performance of the campaigns.
• Recognize and extract critical indicators from large and complex data sets.
• Manage and work closely with third parties, such as aggregators, delivery companies,
marketing agencies, to identify key priorities and business issues.
• Works closely with internal departments such as IT, operations, and customer services
to define model setup and requirements. Also, to guide analyses, ensure robust
statistical models and data insights, and support the implementation of insights.
• Identify the needs of the target market.
• Research and define new business opportunities.
Good at speaking and writing in English.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public
speaking skills.
• Analytical abilities.
• Excellent knowledge of MS office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
