The Opportunity:

The Adobe EMEA marketing team is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager for the Middle East to lead on marketing programmes that drive exponential growth in the Enterprise.


Reporting to the Head of Marketing for UKI, Middle East and Africa, the position is accountable for designing, managing, and executing both marketing planning and execution in region. This individual will lead on B2B field and channel marketing and collaborate with the EMEA Centre of Excellence teams to deliver digital, campaigns, Executive Marketing and flagship events.  The role is based in Riyadh and will be a key part of the regional leadership team located there.


This role requires a mix of strong commercial acumen, excellent messaging skills (to capitalise and localise Adobe’s global thought leadership themes) and the ability to drive results through effective field marketing. Knowledge and experience of working with Middle East executive and partner communities (IBM, Accenture, Microsoft, PWC, Publicis, etc) is desirable.


What you'll do:


  • Manage all Adobe field marketing activity across Enterprise accounts in the Middle East.


  • Use data and insights to inform decision making.


  • Partner with sales leadership to align marketing initiatives with sales goals and pipeline objectives.


  • Act as a liaison between the marketing and sales teams to ensure timely execution of marketing programs that support field sales efforts.


  • Collaborate with leaders across the organisation and within region, including Marketing, Communications, Direct and Partner Sales, Solution Consulting and Adobe regional leadership.


  • Partner with the BDR and sales teams to ensure the right tools, content, collateral, enablement and insights are available to maximize marketing impact.


  • Work with key partners and their marketing teams and Adobe partner sales to drive growth in the channel


  • Instruct and manage regional content contributors and delivery partners such as local agencies


  • Optimise and regularly report on marketing performance


What you'll need to succeed:


  • Experience in enterprise marketing, segment or field marketing, with a proven track record in sales collaboration and integrated marketing programs in a high tech organization.


  • Strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to collaborate with sales leaders to drive performance.


  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams, with the ability to lead and influence without direct authority.


  • Demonstrated ability to analyse marketing performance data and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.


  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Arabic.


  • Ability to present complex information in an accessible and compelling manner.


  • Proven success in managing marketing budgets and optimizing resource allocation for maximum impact.


  • Experience in both direct and channel marketing and event management.


  • Ability to work independently/with a small team to manage a diverse workload.


  • Strong organisational, time-management, analytical skills, attention to details, problem-solver, flexible work style, and is a strong teammate.


  • Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and handle multiple projects at once.


  • Planning and Project Management.


  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), knowledge of project management tools and virtual collaboration technology.
