Qiddiya Investment Company is at the forefront of developing a unique entertainment, sports, and culture hub within Saudi Arabia. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager Talent Acquisition focused on finance recruitment to drive our hiring initiatives.

In this integral role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire talent acquisition process for finance positions, ensuring we attract the finest talent that aligns with our strategic goals. As a key member of the HR team, you will develop effective recruitment strategies, collaborate with key stakeholders, and enhance our recruitment processes to meet the growing demands in the finance sector of Qiddiya.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance talent acquisition strategy, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya’s business objectives.
• Collaborate with finance department heads and executives to identify hiring needs, define job descriptions, and establish effective sourcing strategies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external professional networks, finance associations, and universities to expand the candidate pool.
• Utilize various sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, and talent communities, to engage and attract top finance talent.
• Conduct thorough screening and interviewing processes to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage and optimize the end-to-end recruitment process, including interview scheduling, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior recruiters within the team.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and present insights on talent acquisition performance to improve processes and strategies.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices specific to finance recruitment and talent acquisition.
