Senior Manager - Railway Engineering (Saudi Arabia)

Eram Talent is on the lookout for a seasoned Senior Manager - Railway Engineering to join our esteemed team in Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will lead the railway engineering projects within the organization, ensuring compliance with local and international standards while driving innovation and efficiency. This position is designed for professionals who possess a deep understanding of railway systems and a proven track record in managing complex engineering projects.

• Review design packages across the client's project portfolio to ensure compliance with internal procedures and local and international engineering codes and standards.
• Lead a team of engineers and address technical queries regarding interpretation and use of the applicable engineering codes and standards related to rail engineering.
• Produce technical reports and recommendations when required.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Plan, oversee, and manage rail engineering tasks as instructed by/in coordination with the management.
• Help maintain a database of current engineering codes and standards and make them available internal portals.
• Review technical aspects of applications for deviations from the client's Plan of Work and advise the management on documentation being suitable for approval. 
• Review and continually update the client's procedures, guidelines, and manuals based on operational requirements and the technical needs and strategies of the client's OM’s departments and sectors.
• Assist with writing scope of work documents and technical criteria for the engagement of specialist technical companies.
• Make presentations to various sectors and departments.
• Lead and participate in technical workshops for employees.
• Support team members to effectively improve team performance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners as required to ensure the implementation of integrated design solutions.
