Qiddiya Investment Company is on a transformative journey to create unparalleled entertainment and leisure destinations, and we are searching for a dedicated Senior Manager - Implementation to join our team. In this essential role, you will be responsible for driving the effective implementation of our projects, ensuring that our vision is translated into reality with precision and excellence.


Responsibilities
  • Provide oversight and support on all Implementation planning aspects in order to ensure successful delivery of the approved Integrated Master Schedule & Implementation Plan aligned to the Qiddiya City Framework Plan.
  • Delivery of the Integrated Development Schedule & Implementation Plans for City & District Asset development & delivery to ensure completion of projects within budget, timeline and desired quality standards.
  • Responsible for the development of the Business Functions, City and District Integrated Master Schedule programs and Implementation Plans.
  • Coordinate change control against approved Integrated Master Schedule & Implementation Plan baseline.
  • Coordinate the development of the City / District / Business Functions Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA) plans and their application to the Integrated Master Schedule.
  • Deliver the District conformity reviews (50% / 100%) with respect to implementation requirements.
  • Lead the production of monthly implementation reports and dashboards for executive level reporting.
  • Coordination of the interfaces and interdependencies between City and District teams within the Integrated Master Schedule and Implementation Plans.
  • Participate in key client reviews and meetings as required.
  • Prepare, update and implement department policies, procedures and work practices as required.
  • Supporting City/District/Business functions with development of their implementation responsibilities.
  • Supporting the executive team as and when required with critical information presentation and reports.
  • Managing a team of internal resources and external consultants.
  • Completing annual staff performance reviews.
