Senior Manager, Mergers and Acquisitions

Role Purpose and Summary



+ Lead the evaluation, structuring, and execution of M&A transactions to support Vision Invest’s growth and strategic objectives. Conduct the due diligence process, identify potential risks and opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of entities acquired by Vision Invest.

Experience



+ 8-10 years of relevant professional experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or related fields with a minimum of 3 years in managerial capacity; Experience in sectors such as infrastructure, energy, or diversified investments is preferred

Qualifications



+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or equivalent; Master’s degree is a plus

Key Responsibilities: Role Specific Technical Responsibilities



+ Transaction Execution and Deal Structuring
+ Lead the end-to-end process of M&A transactions, including deal sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and closing
+ Oversee financial modeling, valuation analyses, and structuring of transactions to ensure alignment with Vision Invest’sstrategic objectives
+ Due Diligence and Risk Management
+ Manage comprehensive due diligence processes, including financial, legal, operational, and market assessments
+ Identify and evaluate risks and synergies associated with potential acquisitions and recommend mitigation strategies
+ Ensure adherence to corporate governance standards and regulatory compliance throughout the M&A lifecycle
+ Strategic Planning and Market Insights
+ Monitor market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscapes to identify new investment opportunities
+ Provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership based on in-depth market analysis and strategic fit evaluations
+ Contribute to the development of long-term corporate strategies, focusing on growth through acquisitions
+ Post-Acquisition Integration
+ Support the planning and execution of post-merger integration strategies to achieve targeted synergies
+ Collaborate with internal teams and acquired entities to align processes, systems, and cultures effectively
+ Track integration milestones and ensure timely reporting to senior stakeholders
