Eram Talent is seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Senior Manager - Mechanical to join their expanding team in Saudi Arabia. This leadership role is essential for overseeing mechanical engineering projects and ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of mechanical operations within the organization.


As the Senior Manager - Mechanical, you will be responsible for strategic project planning, team leadership, and driving innovation in mechanical engineering practices. Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of engineers and address technical queries regarding interpretation and use of the client's mechanical engineering codes & standards.
  • Review design packages to ensure compliance with the client's procedures and local and international engineering codes and standards.
  • Plan, oversee, and manage mechanical engineering tasks as instructed by/in coordination with the management.
  • Maintain database of current engineering codes and standards and make available via internal portal.
  • Review applications for deviations from the client's Plan of Work and advise sectors and regions for submitting requests for approval.
  • Review and continually update the client's procedures, guidelines, and manuals based on operational requirements and the technical needs and strategies of internal Departments and Sectors.
  • Interact with local and international code authorities and institutions such as IBC, SBC, BSEN, ASHRAE, NFPA.
  • Assist with writing scope of work documents and technical criteria for the engagement of specialist technical companies.
  • Perform technical evaluations and commercial evaluations of technical services contracts.
  • Make presentations to internal sectors and departments.
  • Lead and participate in technical workshops for employees.
  • Support team members to effectively improve team performance.
  • Help create a work environment that fosters openness, trust, communication, teamwork, empowerment, innovation, and satisfaction.
