• Lead the development and execution of the corporate IT infrastructure strategy, ensuring it aligns with Qiddiya's objectives and future growth plans.
• Manage the overall architecture and operations of IT systems, including servers, networks, and cloud solutions, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Supervise a talented team of IT professionals, providing guidance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with various departments to ensure that infrastructure supports business operations and enhances service delivery.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance infrastructure capabilities and drive innovation.
• Implement and enforce best practices in IT service management, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Monitor and analyze infrastructure performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure high availability.
• Manage vendor relationships to negotiate contracts and ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
