Senior Manager - Fire & Life Safety Specialist - Architecture (Saudi Arabia)

Eram Talent is on the lookout for a highly skilled Senior Manager - Fire & Life Safety Specialist with a focus on Architecture for an exciting opportunity based in Saudi Arabia. This role is vital in ensuring that fire and life safety designs are integrated effectively within architectural projects.

As a Senior Manager, you will lead the fire and life safety strategy, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with local and international fire safety codes and standards. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating innovative solutions that enhance safety without compromising architectural integrity.

• Review design packages to ensure compliance with the client's procedures and local and international engineering codes and standards, as listed in the client's guidelines and schedules.
• Ensure all designs comply with the relevant safety regulations and standards.
• Provide technical advice and guidance to the review team on fire and life safety-related matters.
• Review submissions for any deviation from the client's Plan of Work and advise sectors and regions on submitting suitable requests for approval.
• Review, coordinate, and document comments on Stage 3 design packages as instructed by/in coordination with management.
• Review and support the update of the client's architectural procedures, guidelines, and manuals based on operational requirements and the technical needs and strategies of internal departments and sectors.
• Assist with writing scope of work documents and technical criteria for the engagement of specialist technical companies/consultants as required.
• Assist with the management of specialist companies and subject matter experts.
• Perform technical evaluations and assist in commercial evaluations of technical services contracts.
• Make presentations to internal sectors and departments.
• Lead and participate in technical workshops for employees and stakeholders.
• Participate in project meetings and provide input on fire life safety matters.
• Stay up to date with the latest fire and life safety regulations, standards and best practices.
• Support team members to effectively improve team knowledge and performance.
