The senior manager will help with the delivery of client centric solutions in the area of consumer insight and marketing effectiveness solutions. The purpose of this role is to accelerate top line and deliver profitable growth by delivering against opportunities in client-facing work and helping our clients achieve higher ROI with key business questions expertise.Job DescriptionDevelop, implement, coordinate, and manage ad hoc, usually survey based research services projects throughReceiving and understanding client briefDeveloping research design, proposal and prepare budget/costContributing to contract negotiationBriefing and training field staffDesigning questionnaire, interview / discussion guideAnalyzing data and informationDeveloping conclusion and solid recommendationPresenting and reporting on work from proposal to analysis stageAnalyzing and evaluating resultsControlling costs/budgetingAct as main link resource to client. Develop and maintain close relationship and communication with client decision makers.Gather and accumulate useful field data, summarize and analyze secondary data.Responsible for project management and close working relationship between key members i.e. Analysts, Field Staff, Administration etc.At least 8 years of experience in research-related field preferably with retail, marketing sciences or CRM emphasisQualificationsExperience in Custom / adhoc survey based research especially in the area of consumer insight or brand-tracking solutions would be preferred. Experience in digital analytics would be a further plus.Analytical with excellent writing, presentation and communication skills in EnglishStrong organizational and project, and excellent attention to detail, with an ability to deliver results accurately and on time.Strong client-handling skills, an ability to connect with clients and build relationship, and adding value and insight to our projects.Strong initiative, creative thinking, leadership, management and interpersonal skills, self-motivated and enthusiasticAdditional InformationOur BenefitsFlexible working environmentVolunteer time offLinkedIn LearningEmployee-Assistance-Program (EAP)
