Main responsibilities 


Individual to be a resource, responsible to coordinate import/export trafficking functions, data entry, and document distribution duties associated with customer import/export shipments through BDP. 1) Order Processing: Receive documents and initiate logging process, confirm data received is in compliance with all Custom requirements, process all documents in accordance with requirements, coordinate cargo availability and arrange pickup and delivery, and finalize billing and distribute documents as required. 


2) Shipment Status reporting: Review daily monitoring reports, ensure all measurements standards are met, and proactively report non-conformances. 


3) Maintenance: Ensure all tables complete and current, assist in accounting issues, perform RFI/RFQ as required, and ensure all communications are prompt and content is accurate.

5) Customer order plausibility analysis


6)Planning / Booking / Transportation orders


7)Coordination/follow up of the shipment


8)Customs processing (export/import)


9)Documentation/administration/invoicing / filing


10)Feedback to the customer (internal and external reporting of the shipments to the customer) by various means (mail, phone, EDI)


11)Operational troubleshooting


12)Non-conformance reporting in accordance with the KPI’s.


13)Cooperation with approved subcontractors in accordance with agreed rates


14)End to end processing


15)•Punctual and flawless order handling and documentation




Job Requirements 


  • A four year BS/BA degree is required. 


  • One (1) to Three (3) year of experience in customer service duties. 


  • A strong desire to work in the supply chain/logistics/transportation field.  


  • Must be able to work in a fast paced office. 


  • Good communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills required 


  •  Candidate must possess a strong team work attitude. 


  • Leadership experience is a strongly desired. - Candidate must be PC literate with MS Office applications
