Senior Kitchen Equipment Technician

Kitopi’s kitchens are powered by its proprietary Smart Kitchen Operating System (SKOS) - an in-house suite of applications that optimizes cloud kitchen operations in real time. With over 6,000 employees, Kitopi currently operates 200+ locations across the UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Qatar. + Responsible for the installation of kitchen equipment (including refrigerators, ice makers, ovens, grills, fryers, and dishwashers) in new projects and operational kitchens.
+ Manage the tagging of company assets and their transfer between the warehouse and kitchens.
+ Conduct periodic preventive maintenance (PPM) for all operational equipment across kitchens in KSA.
+ Assist in supervising the installation and commissioning of new equipment purchased from suppliers.
+ Diagnose any malfunctions or faults in operating equipment within kitchens.
+ Respond promptly to urgent maintenance requests.
+ Perform visual inspections and audits of all equipment in operational kitchens.
+ Evaluate and report the workmanship of external contractors to the line manager.
+ Carry out additional duties as assigned by the line manager.
+ Technically qualified and experienced in MEP, F&B, and kitchen equipment, including but not limited to Rational and Middleby equipment.
+ Skilled in the use of precision tools such as micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, and other electromechanical tools.
+ Proficient in electronic circuits.
+ Possess good reading skills and experience in kitchen layouts.
+ Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
+ Capable of working under pressure and adapting to changing priorities.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
+ Hold a valid KSA iqama and driving license.
+ F&B experience is essential.
