Senior HSE Manager (EOI)

• Develop and execute HSE strategies that align with company goals and regulatory requirements.
• Establish and maintain HSE policies, practices, and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement effective measures to mitigate identified hazards.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams on HSE matters and ensure compliance monitoring.
• Design and deliver HSE training programs to promote safety awareness among employees and contractors.
• Perform audits and inspections on projects and facilities to assure adherence to internal and external HSE standards.
• Engage with external stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and clients to ensure alignment on HSE practices.
• Prepare and present HSE performance reports to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry developments and best practices in HSE management.
