Senior HSE Manager

JASARA PMC is on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced Senior HSE Manager to oversee our Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) efforts. In this role, you will play a critical part in developing and executing HSE strategies that adhere to industry standards while fostering a culture of safety throughout the organization. • Lead the HSE management system and ensure its continuous improvement across all projects.
• Develop, implement, and update HSE policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines.
• Monitor and evaluate HSE performance, conducting audits, inspections, and risk assessments to drive improvements.
• Provide training and support to staff and contractors to enhance HSE awareness and accountability.
• Collaborate with project management teams to incorporate HSE considerations into all phases of project planning and execution.
• Act as a liaison with regulatory agencies, ensuring alignment with laws and standards.
• Prepare detailed HSE reports, identifying trends and suggesting proactive measures to enhance safety.
• Remain current on HSE best practices, technologies, and regulatory changes.
• Engage with stakeholders to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
