As a Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist, you will play a key role in driving financial planning and analysis processes, providing strategic insights, and supporting decision-making at Salla. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a dynamic and fast-growing company.

• Support the development and preparation of the rolling annual operating plan and monthly results analysis
• Work with the accounting team to ensure closing timeline and reporting requirements are met
• Combining multiple data sources to provide clear, granular, and easy-to-understand answers to business questions
• Provide valuable insights by identifying and tracking critical financial and non-financial success factors
• Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying key drivers and areas for improvement
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial results
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and information for financial analysis
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial planning processes and tools
• Participate in ad-hoc financial projects and analysis as required
