Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer ready to take on a pivotal role in shaping high-profile projects in Saudi Arabia? 

Your Role:
As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all electrical engineering designs, drawings, and specifications are thoroughly reviewed and meet the highest standards throughout all project phases. You’ll also produce and review technical documentation, oversee work plans, and monitor KPIs in alignment with the program’s procedures and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review electrical engineering shop drawings and submittals to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Collaborate with the project team to maintain quality and achieve critical milestones, actively participating in design reviews, workshops, and optimization studies.
• Ensure proper application of industry standards during project delivery.
• Respond to technical queries during contractor tender periods and assist in contractor selection.
• Conduct site inspections, provide detailed reports, and monitor compliance with project standards.
• Forecast trends, identify risks, and propose solutions for potential challenges affecting milestones or budgets.
• Provide technical inputs and clarifications to contractors and address technical issues and change orders.
• Review and approve contractors' material proposals for compliance with performance requirements.
• Document testing, commissioning, and closeout procedures, including O&M manuals and as-built documentation.
• Liaise with local authorities for data collection and approvals as required.

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree in Electrical Engineering from an internationally recognized university.
• 10+ years of experience, preferably with consultant engineering or PMC companies.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, as well as proficiency with ETAP or equivalent calculation software.
• Excellent understanding of international codes and standards, with a focus on Saudi Arabian regulations.
• Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and drive project success.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; international experience is an advantage.
