Essential Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (or equivalent); Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum 15+ years of experience in architecture and design management, with expertise in sectors such as mixed-use, residential, hospitality, government, healthcare, and transportation.
Strong skills in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, 3ds Max, Photoshop, and MS Office.
Certifications (Preferred): PMP certification or equivalent experience in Project Management Consulting (PMC).
