QUALIFICATIONS

  • 8+ years of private sector experience, with a clear record of achievements and proven drive for personal growth; international experience is a plus
  • Demonstrated experience in technology and digital advisory and implementation, with the ability to drive one or more core technology offerings: IT transformation and modernization, digital transformation, enterprise architecture, data transformation
  • Demonstrated experience in Financial Services in at least one of the following areas: banking, insurance, wealth and asset management, public finance
  • Experience in transforming and implementing strategic initiatives within organizations, including experience with process re-engineering, technology adoption, and cultural change management.
  • Demonstrated track record in one or more of the following key service offerings: organizational development (including org. design/set up, talent management, etc.), transformational delivery (driving large transformational programs), and productivity and performance improvement
  • Strong understanding of 1 or more technology concepts from core banking services, DevOps, Cloud infrastructure (Microsoft/AWS/Google platform, Kubernetes, IaaS, PaaS etc), Microservices architecture principles, Big data management (data lakehouse, data fabric, data mesh, spark, Hadoop or similar), machine learning and AI; architecture and infrastructure concepts, frameworks, and best practices
  • Proven history of leading a minimum of 3-5 technology/digital/data implementation programs for clients in financial services
  • Strong understanding of both business and technical aspects of technology/digital transformations within financial services, enabling the creation of value-driven technology strategies
  • Proven ability to define and implement digital and technology strategy that aligns with clients' strategic goals and drives digital innovation 
  • Ability to successfully manage complex programs or multiple projects, or medium to large department/business unity with P&L responsibility
  • Blend of industry and consulting experience is ideal
  • Superior problem solving and relationship building skills, including a demonstrated high level of client service commitment
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with people across all levels of an organization
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams
  • Undergraduate degree in information technology, engineering, physics, and math or a related field, with an outstanding academic record; MBA or other advanced degree is a plus
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English and Arabic
  • Willingness to travel, predominantly within the Kingdom

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You’ll take full ownership of one large-scale project or 3-4 medium projects concurrently, structuring the scope and managing the project plan, resources and budget.  
In this role you’ll actively manage client relationships to ensure high client satisfaction. You’ll lead the project team on the ground, monitoring and evaluating team performance, and actively developing team members by providing regular feedback and coaching.
You’ll lead and manage technology consulting engagements for financial services clients including solution design & implementation ensuring the delivery of high-quality technology solutions.
You’ll lead cross-functional teams of consultants, architects, and analysts, fostering collaboration and ensuring the delivery of innovative and effective technology solutions.
You’ll build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs and key Technology decision-makers to deeply understand their IT transformation needs, challenges, and strategic priorities.
You’ll develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps and digital transformation plans for financial services clients, ensuring.
You’ll demonstrate problem-solving and drive a structured approach to identifying and solving complex technology problems, leveraging industry best practices and methodologies.
You will strive to build client capabilities through continuous, on-the-job coaching to ensure sustained impact beyond the end of the project. 
You’ll act as a subject matter expert in your chosen service line, combining broad experience with strong problem-solving abilities to derive business insights and solid recommendations for clients.
You’ll strengthen the firm’s knowledge base by codifying learnings from projects, and coaching less tenured colleagues.
You’ll contribute to the growth of Delivery Assurance externally by preparing business proposals for potential clients; and internally by supporting organizational activities such as recruiting, performance evaluations and trainings.
