Master-Works is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The Senior Data Analyst will play a key role in leveraging data to provide strategic insights and support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate should be an expert in Microsoft data tools and solutions, contributing to achieving organizational goals through advanced data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Analysis:

• Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources.
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Identify patterns and trends to support strategic decision-making.

• Design, optimize, and manage databases using SQL Server.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency.
• Automate processes to enhance data management efficiency.

• Work with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and requirements.
• Provide actionable insights to stakeholders based on data analysis.
• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to non-technical audiences.

• Perform predictive and prescriptive analytics to forecast trends and outcomes.
• Utilize statistical techniques to solve complex business problems.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in data analytics and Microsoft technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
• Expertise in Microsoft Power BI, SQL Server, and Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in managing large datasets and working in a fast-paced environment.
