الوصف الوظيفي

  • Develop, manage, and negotiate construction contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with legal and contractual obligations.
  • Lead the preparation and review of contractual documents, scope of works, change orders, and variations.
  • Provide advice on contractual disputes and claims management, working closely with legal teams and project managers.
  • Ensure all project contracts are aligned with company policies, industry standards, and the relevant laws of KSA.
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure proper risk management strategies are in place.
  • Monitor project progress and provide advice on contractual implications and solutions to any issues that arise.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and internal teams, to ensure smooth contract execution.
  • Oversee procurement processes, ensuring that all vendor agreements are compliant and aligned with the project needs.
  • Support project teams in cost control, monitoring of contract budgets, and ensuring timely completion of contractual milestones.
  • Lead negotiations on major contract terms and resolve any conflicts efficiently.
  • Ensure proper documentation and records management related to contracts and agreements.
  • Prepare detailed reports for senior management on the status of contractual matters, including risks, opportunities, and issues.

المهارات

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., MRICS, AACE, or similar) is a plus.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in contract management within the construction industry, with hands-on experience in mega projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian construction laws, regulations, and industry practices.
  • Proven ability to negotiate complex contracts and manage claims and disputes effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
