Senior Consultant - Industrial Sector Classifications

We are looking for an accomplished Senior Consultant to support a strategic project focused on developing a Comprehensive Regulatory Reference Guide for Industrial Activities and Their Locations. The role requires a consultant with proven experience in management consulting, robust analytical skills, a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, and industry knowledge to deliver transformative insights and solutions across multiple project phases.

• Project Contribution:

  
  
  • Assist in delivering key project phases, including gap analysis, benchmarking, guide development, and operational model design.
  • Conduct detailed research and analysis to evaluate existing industrial classifications, regulatory frameworks, and geographic alignments.

• Benchmarking and Best Practices:

  
  
  • Benchmark industrial classification systems across five G20 nations and assess global best practices in regulatory and operational frameworks.
  • Provide recommendations to align local classifications with international standards.

• Analytical Rigor:

  
  
  • Perform comprehensive gap analysis and develop actionable insights to improve regulatory frameworks and address infrastructure, logistical, and strategic needs.
  • Design and refine classification standards based on environmental, safety, and logistical considerations.

• Stakeholder Engagement:

  
  
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data, align objectives, and ensure a robust governance model for guide implementation.
  • Synthesize feedback from multiple stakeholders into the development of project deliverables.

• Deliverable Development:

  • Ensure deliverables are actionable, comprehensive, and aligned with strategic goals.

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in management consulting, with a focus on regulatory frameworks, industrial strategies, or operational modeling.
• Expertise in ISIC-based economic activity codes and industrial classification systems.
• Proven ability to analyze complex systems and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills.
