Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Construction Manager to join our Project & Development Services (PDS) team in KSA. The ideal candidate will have extensive site supervision experience, particularly within the hospitality sector, focusing on hotel projects. This role requires a professional who is adept at managing all phases of construction, from planning and design through to execution and handover, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction project management for hotel projects, from initial planning stages through to completion.
• Provide site supervision and ensure that construction activities align with the project plan, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues that may arise.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and standards, particularly within the hospitality sector.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively, providing updated reports and forecasts to senior management as required.
• Lead and mentor a team of construction professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
• Interface with clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their vision and expectations are met.
• Implement and promote sustainability practices in line with company and client goals.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure quality and safety standards are upheld.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, with a significant portion of this experience focused on hotel or hospitality projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations in KSA.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale hotel construction projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions quickly.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is highly desirable.
