The world of gaming and esports is expanding rapidly, and we’re looking for a Senior Community Manager who will drive the community engagement strategy for the Esports World Cup (EWC), with a primary focus on Discord and other key platforms.
This role will lead a team of contractors and freelancers, developing and executing community communication plans, interactive campaigns, and engagement initiatives that foster an inclusive and passionate esports community. Collaborating closely with the Esports World Cup Foundation, internal EFG teams, and external partners, the Senior Community Manager will ensure alignment with the overall brand strategy while managing fan interactions, moderating discussions, and gathering insights to enhance community growth. Success in this role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of esports communities, ensuring the EWC remains an engaging and valuable experience for fans worldwide.
