ROLE SUMMARY



Leads the communications agenda for Saudi Arabia, including digital strategy, employee engagement, key leadership messages, townhalls, cycle meetings and intranet. Develops effective communication campaigns for one or more categories, and acts as a subject matter expert on external and internal communications for a geographical or functional area.

What you’ll do



Work closely and liaise with cross-functional teams to generate compelling and consistent material for internal/external strategic initiatives to drive employee engagement Partner with the Talent Acquisition team on achieving our objective of becoming “An Employer of Choice” Influence the cultural transformation through creating and sharing a strong strategic narrative about the company and its vision, embedding company values in everyday communication, and setting a clear direction for employees Ensure all communications are pushed through the right channels while sharing a unified, on-brand look and feel that reflects the company’s business priorities and strategy Help senior leaders deliver highly engaging communications (i.e., new monthly videos, cross sales communications) Support business & organizational announcements for all functions, such as product launches, product announcements & organization announcements Participate in information exchange across a highly matrixed sales and marketing organizations Monitor and assist in gaining employee feedback through formal and informal communications Identify and develop content to imbed into ongoing corporate communications Generate high impact thought leadership opportunities and campaigns Drive regional PR activities and campaigns and report/analyze outcome Manage navigation and major transition to forge a favourable public image and reputation Lead digital strategy and achieve regional KPIs to enhance visibility and corporate reputation Ensure proper and positive media coverage around key milestones, leveraging multiple channels to reach target audience Build regional sustainability narrative and key messages Provide real-time support and guidance to leadership and act as gatekeeper

Essential for the role



Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communication, public relations, marketing, or related field Communications experience is a must Experience managing communication professionals and agencies Ability to understand and interpret scientific and medical data First-rate coordination, collaboration, organization, and multi-tasking skills Proven project management skills

Desirable for the role



Experience with sales, marketing, and commercial communications Corporate affairs and internal communications experience Experience in a leadership support role
