Senior Civil Engineer - KSA

Antal International is exclusively working with a global Engineering and Project Management company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join their dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in some of the region's most ambitious projects.

Your Role: 
As the Senior Civil Engineer, you will ensure the accuracy and quality of all civil engineering designs, drawings, and specifications during all project phases. You will also oversee the implementation of work plans, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Approve and review all Civil Engineering deliverables to ensure compliance with client requirements.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to review drawings and provide technical input.
• Actively participate in design reviews, workshops, and optimization studies to meet quality and milestone goals.
• Ensure proper application of standards during project delivery.
• Respond to technical queries during tender periods and assist in evaluating Contractors' bids.
• Conduct site inspections, provide reports, and monitor compliance with project standards.
• Identify trends, potential risks, and recommend solutions for deviations from objectives.
• Review and validate Contractors' material proposals and change orders to ensure conformance with technical requirements.
• Coordinate and document testing, commissioning, and site closeout procedures, including O&M manuals and as-built records.
• Work with local authorities to gather data and secure necessary approvals.

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture from a recognized university.
• 10+ years of experience, preferably with engineering consultants or PMC companies.
• Strong knowledge of road design, soil improvement, and infrastructure codes and standards (especially Saudi regulations).
• Proficiency in Civil 3D, Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; international experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
