Senior Cake Artist

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create custom cakes based on client specifications and preferences.
• Develop new cake designs and techniques to enhance our offerings and stay current with industry trends.
• Manage and organize cake decorating supplies and equipment.
• Train and mentor junior cake artists to ensure consistency and quality in cake designs.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide excellent customer service throughout the design and delivery process.
• Ensure that all cakes meet quality and food safety standards.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in cake decorating and baking techniques.
• Assist with the setup and display of cakes at events and other occasions.
