700Apps is hiring a Senior Business Process Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Business Process Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness across our organization. You will collaborate with stakeholders from different departments to identify areas for improvement, document current processes, and propose innovative solutions to streamline workflows.
Responsibilities:
Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and pain points. Create and document detailed process maps, workflows, and business requirements. Identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation of business processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and automation solutions. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of implemented process changes. Provide training and support to end-users in new or modified business processes. Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in business process optimization.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. 5+ years of experience as a Business Process Analyst or similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in analyzing and optimizing business processes. 4 years of proficiency in ARIS (Modeling and Designing). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive process improvement initiatives. Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.* Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) is a must.
