We’re looking for a Senior Business Marketing Associate to join the team based out of Riyadh! In this role, you’ll partner with the Sales, Product, Comms, Experience and Insights teams, to build and execute marketing programs which educate and inspire advertisers and agencies as your primary audience across Saudi Arabia. Snap Inc. has made significant investments in the country and has successfully built a highly engaged Snapchatter community, this is a great opportunity to be part of our Snapchat story in Saudi Arabia! 


This position reports to the Head of MENA Marketing, based in Dubai. 


What you’ll do:


  • Ideate, plan, and execute high-impact B2B marketing programs. This includes initiatives across education programs, content marketing, partnerships, event sponsorships, owned events (both virtual and in-person), and paid media.


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Insights, Marketing Science, Communications, Events, Product Marketing, and Creative Strategy to bring innovative and effective marketing programs to life.


  • Lead the creation of compelling content including case studies, videos, presentations and marketing collateral that showcase the value of Snapchat to clients. 


  • Work closely with Design, Creative, and external vendors to guide the creative execution of deliverables, ensuring timely content approval in collaboration with the Legal team.


  • Develop and implement scaled distribution plans through webinars, email campaigns, blog posts, and conferences, aligned with Snap’s brand positioning.


  • Identify and leverage new distribution channels to scale and amplify our marketing efforts (i.e. B2B creators, partnerships…).


  • Optimize marketing activities based on performance data, ensuring the right level of investment behind successful marketing programs, content, and campaigns.


  • Responsible for the management of all purchase orders (POs), statements of work (SOWs), budget tracking, and related administrative tasks to ensure seamless and efficient operational execution. 


Minimum Qualifications: 


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications


  • 5+ years of relevant marketing experience developing and executing strategy, positioning and messaging for a brand or product in an advertising agency or marketing organization


  • Travel required for events as needed


Preferred Qualifications: 


  • Proven success in domestic or international marketing roles, showcasing strong business acumen.


  • A proactive marketing professional, comfortable working in dynamic environments and thriving amidst ambiguity. 


  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams locally and globally.


  • Ability to independently initiate and drive projects to completion with limited guidance, while also excelling in a team environment. 


  • Solution-oriented mindset with a strong track record in problem-solving. 


  • Exceptional storytelling skills, capable of transforming insights, product information, and data into compelling client-facing marketing presentations.


  • Proven experience in project and program management, with a focus on operational excellence and performance measurement.


  • Experience guiding creative production of marketing collateral, presentations, websites, videos, and other materials. 


  • Experience in managing and executing events. 


  • A passion for Snapchat and belief in the value of creativity!
