Role -Senior Business AnalystSAP Skill



5 to 8 years of Experience. Understands and can explain best business practices, especially those that SAP enables. Good understanding of technology and preferable exposure to SAP. Work on multiple CRs in parallel. Understands and can explain best business practices, especially those that SAP enables. Understands business functionality related to SAP module/application as well as can identify and understand touch points between modules. Understands how to solve detailed SAP problems.

Responsibilities



Analyse the new Change Requests (CRs) received from the client. Understand the change and its impact on the existing processes. Evaluate completeness of scope and identify gaps in the requirements. Identify feasibility of the requirement and any implementation challenges. Document end to end change (CR document) - including As Is vs To Be processes and detailed steps/ use cases. Mentor junior BAs in the team and review their quality of deliverables. Act as a Trusted client advisor for requirements / demand management. Basic understanding of taxation processes from tax authority perspective. (Also, must have at least worked as BA in complicated business domains in the past like BFSI) Ensure complete and clear communication with the client and internal teams. Reporting of work status and plans for self and team. Work with multiple client stakeholders (technology/ business teams) and handle changing priorities or requirements through direct discussions/ workshops. Work with internal teams - functional, technical and management to handle. Understand and execute various processes and sub-processes in the client system so as to support the analysis (may require learning SAP / customised systems). Monitor and Maintain SLAs related to CRs.

Business Skills



Excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to communicate with others clearly and concisely. Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio. Understanding of business processes for focus area or module. Ability to do research and perform detailed tasks. Strong analytical skills. Proficient in documentation in English. Knowledge of Arabic language is highly desirable, though not mandatory. Good verbal and written communication skills. Excellent documentation skills (English). Demonstrable Analytical, logical and problem-solving skills (through work done in the past) Good presentation skills Good understanding of technology and preferable exposure to SAP Cool headed and experienced in handling pressure. Ability to learn quickly and leverage the knowledge for ongoing work.

Aptitude for working in a team environment; problem-solving skills, creative thinking, communicating clearly and empathetically, strong time management, and ability to collaborate with all levels of staff. Ability to explain ideas and concepts to other project team members and to client personnel. Has a solid foundation for consulting “soft” skills necessary for client engagements. Ability to interpret requirements and apply SAP best practices. Ability to identify upsell opportunities and assist in the management of scope.
