Senior BIM Management Specialist

At JASARA PMC, we are seeking a talented and seasoned Senior BIM Management Specialist to enhance our team in Saudi Arabia. This pivotal role involves leading the charge on Building Information Modeling (BIM) strategies, ensuring that our diverse projects are executed with precision and innovation.

Your expertise will be instrumental in developing comprehensive BIM Execution Plans, facilitating seamless collaboration between disciplines, and ensuring adherence to all BIM standards. You will play a critical role in optimizing project performance through effective information management throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Craft and enforce Project Employer Information Requirements (EIR) while ensuring compliance with BIM standards across all projects.
• Develop BIM Execution Plans tailored to project needs.
• Act as a key resource for project teams facing challenges related to BIM delivery.
• Collaborate with the Information Technology Directorate to manage configuration and deployment of the Common Data Environment.
• Support the development of the F&E Asset Information Model (AIM) following project completion, ensuring comprehensive data integration.
• Ensure that all information management requirements for developing BIM models during design and Digital Twin models during operations and maintenance are effectively met.
