Senior Associate - Premium Care



Job Description



Execute the day to day operations activity of BI groups at BA within the Sama & CCHI regulations in order to ensure SLA's are met from both sides. Be the central point of contact for all BI business with BA and oversee all activities pertaining to customers Create and communicate the required reports to ensure synchronization of systems and accuracy of data within the systems capability Execute solutions to arising challenges while balancing between Bupa Arabia and Bupa International operations and interests Manage the relation with key groups to guarantee customer's satisfaction Arrange BI quotations for the sales team at Bupa Arabia to support their sales proposition Communicate with BI customers by answering their queries and facilitating their transactions with BI Ensure SLA's from BI are met when servicing KSA BI members and escalate to higher management when necessary. Ensure delivery of all finance reports from both BA and BI to guaantee the timeliness of finance transactions between the two entities Cross functional lead on all product development for the top up Cross functional business processes development with all operations and sales managers Report progress on the NPD to all concerned parties Set the agenda of the monthly meeting as per the business needs and priortize the discussion topics based on feedback received by directors and managers Be the central point of contact to manage all the actions and maintain records of all topics and actions discussed and agreed by the committee Monitor the execution of all actions agreed at the monthly meeting while ensuring that the committee of directors is delivering as per the agreed timeframe Manage the official monthly communication of signed off actions to BA sales and BA operations Structure the monthly operations meeting agenda as per the business needs Monitor the execution of the actions with the operations managers within the agreed timeframe Be the central point of contact to manage all actions and communication among the operations management team Manage the effective communication of the service culture within the organization as per agreed deliverables Manage the service role modeling block as per the agreed deliverables Manage the service recognition and rewards block as per the agreed deliverables

Skills



He must be representable as he will be handling Bupa Arabia Front Desk.
Good communication skills, problem solving skills, Great knowledge on Membership and Sales process.
Must have the skills of handling visitors face to face and the ability to handle the Irate visitors.
