Role - Senior Associate - Human Resources
Job Summary

The HR Snr. Associate is responsible for overseeing HR operations within the organization. The role involves ensuring compliance with local labor laws, handling employee relations, and supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. The incumbent will also be the point of contact for employees on HR-related queries.


Qualification, Education & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 
  • Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in HR, preferably within the KSA.
  • Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
Responsibilities
  • Onboarding: Prepare employment contracts and manage the onboarding process for new hires. Ensure all new employees are fully aware of company policies and procedures
  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and issues, support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, in compliance with local labour laws.
  • Benefits Administration: Ensure compliance with GOSI and other statutory requirements
  • HR Compliance: Ensure the company complies with local labor laws and regulations. Manage employee records and maintain HR databases. Prepare and submit necessary reports to government authorities as required.
  • Employee Engagement: Organize employee events and team-building activities.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization to foster a welcoming and equitable workplace for all employees.
  • HR Metrics and Reporting: Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.
Business Skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suit (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • In-depth knowledge of KSA employment law, HR best practices, and industry trends.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
General Skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges as needed
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and processes.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
