Senior Associate – Enrolment Projects & Reporting



Job Description



Project Management:



Manage and maintain projects for Enrollment, GS Experience and Key Accounts Customer Experience with IT/Digital PMO and stakeholders Ensure projects have a clear defined scope and deliverables Collect & coordinate requirement gathering activities and BRD’s and CR’s documentation. Coordinate with the IT/ Digital PMO for project plans and delivery timelines Monitor and evaluate the progress of projects and make sure no project is being signed-off unless all issues are closed. Report any technical system issues as per escalation matrix

Report projects progress regularly to Sr. Manager, and share relevant details with project’s stakeholders



Data Analysis



Analyze weekly and monthly reports, focusing on notifying team leaders for any discrepancies Support in developing reports that convey complex data in an accessible and understandable manner for a wide variety of audiences

Coordinate with other technical teams to ensure data from all sources are available



Data Reporting



Create and maintain various dashboards and reports for key management updates Audit data quality, consistency, and integrity of the data provided by the team Collaborate with other departments to prepare reports and monitor operation trends

Defines new reporting templates and/or adjusts existing ones based on the business needs and conduct 100% quality check before releasing



Communication and Presentation



Manage internal and external communications and announcements Create visually appealing and engaging presentations, reports, and other communication touchpoints Facilitate engagement activities including schedules, program content, and pre/post team engagement

Skills



Project Management Analytical skills and planning capabilities Communication skills Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering PMP Certification Business Analysis
