Senior Associate, Digital Transformation

Role Purpose and Summary
+ Responsible for supporting the execution of Vision Invest’s digital transformation initiatives, focusing on process digitization, ICT optimization, and cybersecurity in addition to integrating digital tools, managing vendor relationships, and establishing an environment of data protection and security
Experience
+ 5-7 years of relevant professional experience in IT, digital, or finance in an investment management and/or tech space in a leading corporate organization with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity
Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field
+ Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Management, Business Administration, or equivalent is a plus
Key Responsibilities: Role Specific Technical Responsibilities
+
Digital transformation initiatives
+ Support the VP, Digital Transformation and Manager, Digital Transformation in setting up and executing the digital transformation roadmap at Vision Invest, focusing on digitizing manual processes and enhancing operational efficiency
+ Track progress against the digital transformation roadmap, ensuring objectives are met on time and within budget
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement digital tools and platforms, ensuring seamless integration into business functions
+ Design and deliver training sessions on data protection and digital threats, fostering a secure digital environment
+ Regularly conduct research on emerging technologies and evaluate their potential to enhance digital transformation efforts
+
ICT management
+ Support the optimization and enhancement of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) systems and network infrastructure to ensure reliability and uptime
+ Assist in deploying performance monitoring tools and implementing necessary upgrades for ICT systems
+ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that ICT systems are scalable and able to support future business growth

Cybersecurity practices
+ Support the implementation and maintenance of network security protocols, safeguarding Vision Invest’s systems from cyber threats
+ Contribute to the development and enforcement of internal compliance policies related to technology, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards
+ Monitor and report on cybersecurity incidents, assisting in incident response and recovery efforts
+
Vendor management
+ Assist in managing relationships with external vendors providing ICT and network services, ensuring service quality and alignment with organizational needs
+ Contribute to the evaluation and selection of new vendors or services that align with Vision Invest's digital transformation objectives
