Department Operations:
Coordinate appointments and meetings to manage department leader calendars and schedules. Arrange domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations. Answer incoming phone calls for department leaders Support in organizing company events and conferences such as offsite meetings and events for department leaders Order stationery and IT equipment for department leaders for smooth function and operations Deal with correspondence, complaints, and queries Prepare letters, presentations, and reports for department leaders Process invoices and managing department budgets with department leader Maintain procedures and office administrative systems Support department leader with internal operations (vacation planning, prepare announcements, follow up with approvals etc)
