Key Accountabilities: CareConnect Office Operations; Coordinate appointments and meetings to manage calendars and schedules. Arrange domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations. Greet visitors answer incoming phone calls. Support in organizing company events and conferences such as offsite meetings and events. Order stationery and IT equipment for smooth function and operations Deal with correspondence, complaints, and queries Prepare professional letters, presentations, and reports. Process invoices, expense claims submission and managing office budgets. Maintain procedures and office administrative systems. Support CareConnect leadership team with internal operations (vacation planning, prepare announcements, follow up with approvals etc.)
