Assists more senior colleagues and professional colleagues with the implementation of appropriate account retention and defense strategies.
Develops and maintains an understanding of new technologies and capabilities of the Company and a thorough understanding of all major classes of insurance to better assist more senior colleagues and professional colleagues.
Processes invoices and related policy accounting documentation, quotations and placing slips, premiums and adjustment calculations, drafts certificates of currency, and all other documentation in a timely and accurate manner to better serve clients.
