The Senior Advisor will focus on several key areas:
Tailored Messaging: Craft and deliver targeted internal communications that resonate with our diverse workforce, keeping all employees informed and engaged.
Best Practices Advisory: Provide expertise in internal communications, sharing best practices and insights to enhance team effectiveness organization-wide.
Campaign Execution: Lead internal communication initiatives, ensuring messages are delivered timely and effectively.
Employee Event Management: Manage all KSA employee events and forums.
Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess and improve the effectiveness of communication efforts to boost engagement.
Qualifications:
5 to 8 years of experience, preferably in the Middle East
Language proficiency: Fluent in both written and spoken English; Arabic language preferred
