Responsible
for the company’s accounting, financial management, cash flow management, asset
management, and tax management, including:
Managing employee expense reimbursements, including expense review, payment processing, and accounting to ensure expenditures are reasonable, compliant, and accurately recorded.
Handling cash, checks, and wire transfers, ensuring the efficient operation of the company's cash flow.
Managing the company’s bank accounts, including balance reconciliation, payment of bank fees, and handling account openings, modifications, and closures.
Reviewing and processing fixed asset additions, depreciation, and disposal.
Performing inventory cost accounting, pricing management, and gross margin analysis, as well as accounting for inventory purchases and sales.
Managing daily bookkeeping and preparing financial statements, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
Reconciling accounts with suppliers and customers regularly to ensure the accuracy of transactions.
Understanding local tax policies, handling tax calculations and filings, optimizing tax planning, and maintaining good relations with local tax authorities.
Leading the company’s annual and ad-hoc audit processes.
Preparing the company's annual financial budget, monitoring budget execution, and reporting updates.
Performing other tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
Nationality: Saudi nationals or non-Saudis with Arabic as their native language.
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or a related field.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience: At least three years of work experience in Saudi Arabia, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of IFRS standards.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English for professional use, particularly in accounting and tax-related terminology.
