Senior Accountant

At Ninja, we are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. The Senior Accountant will play a crucial role in managing financial records, ensuring the accuracy of financial information, and supporting financial reporting and compliance.

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements in compliance with GAAP standards.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate entries.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including reconciliation and resolution of discrepancies.
• Conduct regular audits of financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits and assist in providing necessary documentation.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes through financial analysis and reporting.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior accounting staff.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency in the accounting workflows.
