Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial records
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Conduct regular financial audits and implement internal controls
• Assist in budget preparation and long-term financial planning
• Provide financial reports and analysis to school leadership
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and ZATCA regulations
• Mentor and supervise junior accounting staff

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in an educational setting
• Proven experience with Oracle financial systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Required Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Oracle financial applications
• Expert knowledge of financial reporting and analysis
• Strong understanding of educational funding mechanisms and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
