About the Role
We are seeking a vigilant and experienced Security Manager to lead all safety and security operations at Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay. Reporting to the Director of Security, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests, residents, and employees, while ensuring full compliance with local laws and Four Seasons’ global safety standards.
What You Will Do
Oversee and manage the resort’s 24/7 security operations, including access control, emergency response, surveillance, and incident reporting.
Lead, train, and supervise a team of security officers, ensuring professionalism, preparedness, and adherence to safety protocols.
Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and training programs.
Coordinate and maintain strong relationships with local authorities and emergency services.
Monitor and review surveillance systems and physical security infrastructure.
Investigate security incidents and prepare accurate and timely reports.
Support the resort’s fire life safety program, conducting regular drills, audits, and compliance checks.
Participate in the resort’s crisis management team and contribute to emergency planning and risk assessments.
What You Bring
A degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years of experience in hospitality or corporate security, with 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian safety regulations, emergency procedures, and investigative protocols.
Experience with surveillance systems (CCTV), access control, and incident response procedures.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Professional certifications in safety or security (e.g., CPP, PSP, OSHA) are a plus.
Fluency in English and Arabic is required.

This is a full-time role with flexible working hours, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays, depending on operational needs.
