We’re on the lookout for true leaders. We need Security Manager to take the top job and make it their own. Taking ownership of the day-to-day hotel direction, maximising financial returns, driving people development and empowering our team to create memorable guest experiences every step along the way.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
Taking care of all security equipments and providing regular maintenance in timely manner. Find ways to minimize wastage of water and electricity in the hotel ( for example report to concerned departments when observing water leakages and unnecessary usage of electricity) Inspect colleague’s cars and other vehicles whenever required to ensure that the vehicle has no stolen items. Take part in all Our People activities when required (for example, sports and other workshops) Investigate and find out reasons for security guards under his supervision reporting late for duty. Watch the punctuality of the guards during his shift and prepare the required reports concerning the subject. Support his subordinates to prepare Self Assessments and Personal Development Plans.
What We need from you: • High School education/Must speak fluent in Arabic and knowledge of English Language is an added qualification.
Communicating skills are utilized significantly when interacting with others. Demonstrated ability to interact with guests, colleagues and third parties to uphold the image of the hotel, the brand and the company. Prepare duty rosters of colleagues.
