• Ceramic wall and floor tiles
• Façade cladding, glazing systems and architectural aluminum products

• Office & home furniture and interior décor products
Job Purpose
To align business goals with strategic initiatives, monitoring progress, and making necessary adjustments to ensure the organization stays on track that gives thereby enhancing oversight the achievement of company strategies and operational excellence.
Key Accountability Areas
Strategy & Formalization Management:
- Prepare the primary template of annual business plan for business & service units.
- Formalizing meeting’s agenda including committees and working groups criteria activation.
- Review and authorize the MOMs after the meetings.
- Review and present meeting’s minutes and pending or due actions with Business planning & Development Manager and the top management.
- Ensure uploading, publishing, and archiving meetings’ agenda, meeting’s minutes with supported files/documents.
Project and Business Plan Tracking:
- Ensure Flowing-up for the consistency and tracking the progress of projects and annual business plans.
- Ensure track and report the progress of approved plans and projects in terms of timeline and accuracy.
- Ensure applying follow the required modifications to annual business plans to proceed for final approval.
- Managing Achievement for the approved annual plan as soft & hard copy.
Reporting and Dashboards:
- Monitoring dashboards for all activities related to business and service units.
- Analyse & create a monthly report to the management for each business or services unit.
- Provide supportive ideas to develop sales, operations, and financial reports with related tools and mechanisms, to effectively monitor.
Task and Decision Management:
- Registering and presenting the tasks/decisions.
- Review, follow up, and update the status of actions taken.
- Intervening in case of departmental cross plans and solve conflicts between departments during planes execution.
Working Groups and Committees activation:
- Study, Propose and establish different working groups between correlated parties to control consistent processes and results.
- Set an initial calendar for reviewing & evaluating the annual business plans with the related committee or top management.
- Preparation and publishing of internal special tasks, projects and committees’ activation memos.

- Provide periodic work progress reports.
- Responsible for monitoring and controlling budgets and expenses to achieve the optimum cost efficiency.
Organizational Development:
- Develop the organizational structure according to the current requirements taking into consideration future and development plans.
- Ensure availability of job descriptions for all job roles and deployment.
Business Process Improvements:
- Develop, coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.
- Should be conversant and able to navigate through IT solutions especially those relevant to his job and business.
- Promote the automated systems and using them fully, to spread its culture.
